I figured out in my late twenties that I have the life style of a Dominatrix due to a friend of mine that was all too familiar with the term.
My personality traits made it loud and clear that I possesed dominating ways along with always being a leader of all the masses.
One that reeks confidence almost to the point of being arrogant.
There has been that type of confussion along with being called a control freak. Knowing what you want and going after it doesn't necessarily mean you are controlling, or does it? lol...

Some would even go as far to say that the dominatrix is a bitchy acting woman but that would be determined by who is describing her. It's a term used for the out spoken Dominatrix with not one passive bone in her body.
The men and women that admires a true dominatrix fully understands the concept and welcomes it. Men would say she can definately handle herself without being perceived as a doormat and easily taken advantage of.
Also, for the fact that a true dominatrix is very independant in all areas of her life, you won't have to be worried about being the bread winner for she can stand ground and hold her own.

My friend explained to me that Dominatrix is many times mixed up with S&M and the two are completely different. The two were incorporated togeher by the porn industry showing a sexy woman dressed in leather with the whips and chains..
A Dominatrix will not beat a person into submission for she is worshipped by the ones that loves her dominating ways. They aim to please her and thats their main goal.

I won't even go into explaining S&M for the fact that it has nothing to do with this subject.

People have asked me how did Domatrix come about and there is a story. The French History has spoken of female rulers that were single and very beautiful. She was lavished in riches and lived in a castle to be served by the lower peasants hired for her purpose.
The men servants would talk amongst themselves about her beauty and how they loved being in her presents to serve her in every way. Yes, they did gaze upon her beautiful body with admiration and she took full advantage of her power.
Sometimes the men servants would purposely be defiant in order to be punished by her as a way to get some undivided attention. You can now see how this worked for both him and her. She loved her position and ruled her world and he loved how she went about it. Looks like this is a win-win situation.
