well I painted the lounge myself in the end. Now I need a new bookcase .... went to IKEA (ooops... is it allowed on here to say where I go shopping?!) but couldn't lift the package up!!! must do more training on my biceps?? or find a guy with strong arms? any offers? lol

Well.. the plumber came and sorted the leak. So the next project is painting the lounge... got some of that white paint that goes on pink.. cos you can never see where you have painted... gosh i hate painting ceilings! Maybe I should see if any decorators would like to do it for me for payment in kind? lol

Well here I am waitng for a plumber.. why are they like gold dust these days? .. and you can never get them back to put right something they did wrong is the first place! grrrrrr. I had a new bathroom fitted, and now I have water leaking into the garage.. thankfully it's not leaking insde the house!
I used to think I would enjoy property development.. but maybe I should have a rethink and train to be a plumber!
