I then realized that I could control what I said and did during those times as well because I am in control of myself.
I know that many people have anger and are not sure how to deal with it or they know how to deal with it; but they don't want to change the way they are dealing with it. Please listen to me when I say that anger is like a cancer and it can hurt you over your lifetime. I know because I've been there and I learned a lot about myself when I learned how to deal with anger differently. I'll be honest and say that it's not all going to be easy to change the way you deal with anger;but it is definately worth trying.
