It's been a hectic day with a lot of traffic out on the roads today. Everyone getting out to go party; and others trick or treating as well along with the regular traffic we usually have in SC made it hard to get anywhere fast today;especially on the interstates. I just decided to enjoy time outside anyway; and got to have one appt. today which was very good too(smiling). I am going to get some much needed sleep now. Have a good night and good weekend all. It's been quite cold here in SC for the past couple days and we are supposed to have a few more days of winter like weather. Last night late in the night, I had to turn up the heat in my place and snuggle under my covers. A body next to me would have been a lot better though(smiling) and a lot warmer too. It has been raining all day long today from the morning all the way to the night. It finally stopped raining late tonight. I know we need the rain here since there had been a drought in a lot of areas of SC. So, the rain is good for getting rid of the drought. The heavy rain isn't too good to get out in and having to drive through all of it though. I was out a little late afternoon/evening going to the store; and with all the wind and rain; my umbrella didn't stand a chance. It's ok though; I ran into the store. So, I didn't get wet from the rain. Although, there was some wetness somewhere else on me earlier in the day(smiling). The rain for now is gone for the most part. It was a nice day today. It was a little over 80 degrees today and I got out for a little while. I had a craving for an ice cream cone. So, I went to the local ice cream shop to get one. I was going to write about one of my adventures I had about a few weeks ago; but I am feeling wiped out from not getting much sleep from last night. I had some caffeine late yesterday evening. That definately was not a good idea since I really needed my sleep. I also got my monthly friend late yesterday evening;(sorry guys, I understand that sometimes guys don't like to hear about that kind of stuff). It's a natural thing though. I had a nice weekend just hanging out at my place. I got my exercise equipment cleaned as well so I could workout more. I also got out today to enjoy some of the lovely sunshine. I didn't have anything going on for the weekend with appts. Hopefully I will have some things going on for this week. For now, I have afternoons and evenings available starting Tues. I was walking around down the street today for some exercise. I came across an area where I was walking where I felt like I had been before. It was not anything bad about it. I was out yesterday for a little while in a couple of stores. I could hardly believe that stores already have things out for Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas all at the same time. It used to be that years ago the stores would wait until one holiday is over before they started putting things out for the next holiday. Now, they are putting things out for 3 months at a time. I guess it's a good idea for the stores since sometimes people want to buy things ahead of time. I can understand that too. I sometimes like to plan to buy things a little ahead of time.

Today was a beautiful day. The weather was a little warmer than what it usually is during the day time in the fall. I got out for a drive and rolled down the windows to my car. The warm wind felt so good too. There were a lot of people out today as well enjoying the warm weather. I also saw a small carnival that a business was having as I drove by. I also later on saw some bikers on their motorcycles out riding on the highway going to a bar that's around the area. Traffic had to stop for about a minute to let them across the highway to the bar. My car was very close to where they had to turn into the bar. I didn't mind it though(smiling). I loved watching them on their motorcycles. It was a nice day today. I thought since I hadn't gone through my closet that I would go through it today. I was just cleaning up a little in my closet when I found on the top shelf; a few vinyl records. I found a couple vinyl records of CCR(Credence Clearwater Revival), three of Elvis Presley, and one of Ozzy Ozzbourne. I am definately going to be keeping these. They are probably worth a lot and to me they are priceless. I hear that vinyl records are coming back and a lot of rock stars are starting back to putting their music on vinyl again. There are still a lot of vinyl records out there from a long time back; and even records from the 80's as well. I am thinking about getting more vinyl records. I will probably get them one at a time though since they may be a little expensive.
