A site for sore eyes...

Well, relief has finally arrived! A second visit to A&E (the first visit resulting in them telling me there was nothing there) to have the offending "material" removed was successful!

It's been a dire few days since Scarlet hit the shelves, I know it is early days and that it's only been on sale a few days, but initial response has, to say the least, been abysmal!

I review the website stats each morning - the trend (since 1st Oct) has been upwards - the range of daily visitors is anything from zero through to fourteen. The weekly averages have been 4.72, 6.57 and 7.71 unique visits per day for the last three respective weeks... 4 days worth of Scarlet imapct has not added anything over and above the general trend. This has been something of a disappointment; although I do have to say it is but a confirmation of my worst fears as opposed to a huge susrprise.

Still - it is early days! I'm reserving overall judgement - but initial results make me less than optimistic.

On the bright side - my eye feels so much better and I should get a good nights sleep as a result!
