You're right, while not as bad as your initial description, there's usually some break in flow if it hasn't been well planned beforehand, if only to establish what's ok and what isn't. With the ones who like to drink it it can be done outside the bathroom, with a towel to catch splashes, but there's been a couple of times when I've beed asked out of the blue so we've chatted for 15 minutes while I drink a pint of water (fortunately I have no difficulty performing). I know I over-egged it a bit on my description but I always find with these sorts of things that it is difficult to get a good flow going - one minute mad passion, next a hiatus while you prepare for the kinky stuff, then the kinky stuff, then another hiatus, then more passion. I think it has something to do, with the tabooness of it. I guess some couple must have invented it when after a long evening/day/weekend, they said what can we do now.
