WHAT A DAY....
Oh boy am i so relieved to finally be sat here with u guys....
What a day i have had, sat here chilled with a glass of Baileys that a sweet guy bought with him today, thanks babe, its so so appreciated after the drama i have been through....
I was meant to be seeing a dear friend whom i hadnt seen in just over 2 months, (damn i just spilt my drink, hold on a minute guys, brb!)............... .................... .................... ......
PHEW-what am i like hey! Now where were we, oh yeah..
Coach was booked, arrived at pick up point in a taxi, paid as u do, got out, went to the boot to get my bag and what do u know, flaming driver drove off, great stuff, i called the cab company and asked teh driverto return, my coach was due in app 10 mins by this time and so i waited, coach arrives (early for a change, just my luck today) I explained what had happened, advised the coach driver that my case wouldnt be too long, he agreed to wait a few minutes with the flutter of my eyelashes of course, playing the damsel in distress...i showed him my ticket which i had had sent direct to my mobile phone and wham, my battery dies.....we wait and we wait, 10minutes pass and the coach has to leave, the coach driver advised me that it would take app 20 minutes to the next stop, he gets back on his way and there appears my cab with my case, i jumps in and asks teh driver to take me to the next pick up, we get to teh city centre and the guy suddenly loses his way and cant find the coach station and so hey ho, we miss the coach again....£100 flaming quid to MK, no way!!! I decide to wait for the next coach which i had been advised was an hr, 2 hrs pass, people are moaning they have been waiting for other coaches to various locations inc airports, teh station was in uproar, so i wait understanding there was a network failure and so all coaches were delayed, not my first one i add!! 2hrs pass, i am stranded, no battery in my phone and so no numbers to call anyone, my folks are still at work and so who do i call.....superman would have been gd but thats just fantasy-lol!! By this time i had spoke to national rail to see if train would be more convenient under the circs, hell no, another bloody hr, i managed to drain the last bit of life from my battery, wrote down my ticket number off of it and called my pal who by now had left home to meet me at the other end, .......guess what??/
I ended up back at home, was too late by the time this saga ended and everyone was on their way as normal.
So i spent £77 in fares and calls to go around the block and back hoem again......what a day!!!!!
