I sometimes travel there with a client from uk.It's a question I have asked many times and have never found the answer to.Any feedback would be good.

Sex toys are banned in Thailand and there are no stores selling it openly. Sometimes you can find them at night near Patpong where touts selling it under tables or take you back in stores. Singapore has many shops or just buy it in Europe.

The weekend market sells certain items as does the night market patopng area although the quality is questionable.There is boutique sexy in Naklua, Pattaya, and christy ( check her bdsm website ) sells good quality sex toys as well as fetish wear,also I believe BAR BAR will open a boutique soon,although rumour has it that sex toys and fetish wear can be obtained there.

i don't know about penalty, never heard of anybody paying penalty.
i guess depends on the quantity. if you carry for your own use they only take it away if dealer quantity there might be additional fine

I wonder why they do prohibite innocent toys of rubber and silicone but do not send to prison surgeons who help many people change their sex every year!!! Of course I don't mind changing sex or even more so toys but when it is said about not only laws but also morals...
