i have orgasmed with a client twice, and although i didn't intentionally conceal it from him, he didn't notice. but as a natural submissive, my own orgasm is meaningless to me and does nothing whatsoever to enhance the experience. it's extremely rare for me to have one, and when i do it's usually nothing more than a physical reflex. the client i orgasmed with, likes to have intercourse for a very long time, at a very consistent pace and force, it stands to reason and biology that he will hit a spot and trigger a light orgasm every once in a while.
but again as a submissive my pleasure truly comes from pleasing my partner, and by pleasure i mean an inner fulfillment, not selfish physical pleasures. i like to be there as a willing and ready vessel for a man's use, accepting and welcoming. so when this is the way you are wired, having an orgasm is the last thing you could care about. i try to avoid clients who have an interest in making a woman cum, and i would also never and have never faked an orgasm with a client.
as for kissing, i adore kissing some of my clients. with others there is no kissing because we may have a different (less emotional) sort of relationship. kissing is an emotional thing for me and is not something that would feel right with any and everyone.
