I know this is a legal question....but here goes....

I met a young lady this evening who expressed an interest in escorting.
I told her to check out this website...that is was very good for getting information.

My question is...If I advise her at all, and I have gained a lot of knowledge here (thanks to these forums) could i be charged at all with pimping if i don't take any money from her for telling her what i have learned here? or would that be considered freedom of speech issue.

Again I know that is really a legal question, probably one for a lawyer...but I do want to help her do it right, if she's gonna do it....I told her while i am not encouraging her to do it, but i want her to be safe and legal about it.

Any help would be appreciated....

I will answer your question with a question. How would the authorities find out that you "advised" her of this site?

Plus, "recommending" a website is NOT a crime. If that were the case, 99.99% of the internet savy world would be booked at the gray bar motel!

Nevertheless, when she posts her ad - she should take the precautionary steps of photo shopping her face if she posts photos.

Also, be advised that the website owner/server is located in Russia. Dubious that any authorities have a "snowball's chance in Hell" retrieving any information which they can use to track her down (or you fro that matter).

Just advise her to be safe, and she'll do fine here. She can post her questions in any of these forums, and people will help her. Especially other escorts. I have observed that all the escorts generally help one another here with posting issues, etc.
