I am having the same problems. I can't respond to emails or send a trouble ticket because it keeps telling me the verification code doesn't match (it does).
I'm also having intermittent issues logging in. I had to try five times to log in today to get here - it doesn't always take my username and password. |

There are times when the servers, for the site, are down, being up-graded or some work being done on themthat cause these glitches. Keep trying and you will log on and be able to do whatever it is you wanted to. Good Luck,

Before many months, I had problems with sending e-mails... I informed the administration and it was cleared in 2 weeks... After that I didn't have any problem, except the log-in problem... I trust, as Paul says, that the administration must be busy with upgrading the site... or maybe, updating... I generally have this problem in the morning, when it is past midnight in Europe....
