I'm not sure if it is bad or good, but there are plenty of customers that are indecisive or uncommitted with any kind of business. Of course, I think that this is their prerogative as they should be able to choose in whatever way that they like when they want to buy something; be it a watch, shoes, or anything else ;)
On the other hand, wasting someone's time on purpose to cause problems with no intention of following through is not very nice. As I said in an earlier, post, I'm not really sure there is anything you can do but keep a positive attitude.

I have a guy who emails or send me messages on Yahoo asking if I do this or that. The first time or two I gave him the answer he wanted and told him to make an appointment.
Now 6 months later he is still asking if I will different things. I just ignore him now.

My all time favorite time waster is the man who messages asking me if I have a 15 minute special. He has asked that if I get $200 for 2 hours then 15 minutes should be $25 and can we meet in his SUV at the park. I hear from him every 6-8 weeks.

Yes, it is quickly evident that some people do not read profiles or even remember previous email answers and put it on you to repeat already posted information. It seems to be the general consensus here that these types probably don't intend to make an appointment and may be somewhat suspicious anyway. Probably just best to ignore such messages as a policy and stick to it.

The $25 for every 15 minutes is 'cute' if not annoying (I'm sorry). You might respond with something like: 15 minutes is indeed $25 but along with the booking, transportation, and SUV in the park fees, which come to an additional $300, the total for 15 minutes is $325.

Of course, I'm joking and hope that you never meet this person as just by this behavior you can guess at the respect level you will receive along with other potential problems. I guess the best we can do is just avoid such situations and try to keep smiling! :)

I had an email yesterday morning from a man asking what days and times I was available. As I only go out on certain days and times I sent him my week's schedule. He replied asking if I could meet him on a day I had listed as unavailable. I wrote back that I was only available on the times listed. His reply? "So does this mean you wont change your schedule?" I sent him another copy of my schedule and highlighted the days I am available. Explaining that I am only avalable on the highlighted days and times.
I heard nothing until late this evening when he emailed and asked, "So does this mean you wont change your schedule so I can see you Tuesday?"
So the poor guy just didnt get it or was hoping for me to give in.

I'm sorry for the hassle you've gone through. The fact is is that there is a certain segment of people that think that we don't have personal lives or other work and should be able to drop everything to fit their schedules. The above is also a red flag in terms of respect. It may be best to stop answering. Or refuse politely and don't answer further requests from this person. Be careful! :)
