Did not take time to read alot but look like trap to kick out a few farang and make police look good. How many sex workers you know have any idea how to use the net. Most need help just to email the sucker sending them money. To me it look like a way to identify people. I learnt about Empower Foundation in 2001. I still have notes about my visit there.
At that time the Empower Foundation was situated in the heart of the Patpong red light district in Bangkok. Empower provided support and training for the 5,000 women working as prostitutes in the 70-80 bars in the three streets of Patpong. This support included classes in the main languages of their clients such as English, German and Japanese, helping the women who worked in Patpong when they have problems with their clients, the police or bar owners. The foundation also published a newsletter entitled ‘Bad Girls’.
