I think this breast issue goes down to personal preferences especially on this adult and sex-related site. There are male hobbyists who prefer healthy breasts and there are those who prefer "A" breasts for whatever reasons to them, which their choice is non debatable.

On the part of the male who prefer healthy breasts, the appearance on first look gets them interested, not having knowledge that the breasts are implant. I had my breasts augmented in 1994 by a VERY reputable doctor so they are very natural looking but yes, I do sometimes miss my AA boobs. I think that the hype with fake breasts is the visual effect,they are always in place, they are nice and firm...etc. I think the world has been so over exposed to them that natural breasts have been lost.I, myself, find it refreshing to see real breasts. And because fake breasts have become so prevalent there are a lot of women with horrible surgeries. But, back to the question, I do prefer natural over fake. If I was blessed with them from the start I'd never have had surgery. Just a note... I don't regret my surgery either,They are gorgeous!
