Forum - LE or NOT!!

I have a story I want to share from back in the day when I was new to this business...
I set this appointment with this one particular guy who used another provider as a reference....
Needless to say, he checked out cleanly.... (THAT BITCH)..
The guy came over, and we sat on the couch right...
Not talking or anything at first, then all of a sudden, he says...."So, how much is it again?
I was like, "Oh Shytt".... I'm busted...I know this guy is LE...so I said...
"How much is what"?
Thinking to myself..."I got to get this guy up out of here with the quickness"!!!
He then says...."I forget what you charged?
I was like..."Charge for what"?

I'm thinking..I don't know who he thinks he is dealing with here, because even though I was new in the biz...I knew I was seconds away from being busted BIG TIME...and I kept my wits about me to NOT incriminate myself in anyway, shape form or fashion....
Finally, I said...Well I think you must have me mixed up with someone else, and you need to leave now...as it's getting late...
He was like...Ok....well, here's $40.00 for your time....and he got up and left.....and I watched as he drove away....
I lived on the out skirts of town at that time, and it was really dark on my road...and just as I had suspected...once this guy got to the end of the road I lived on, several other cars headlights came on, like simutanously...and they all drove away.....
I never used that chick as a reference again...she has since left the biz, and I found out that she was dropping dimes on other providers to keep her own ass out of jail....again I say....THE BITCH...
Anyway, this is my one and only "Almost busted" story.....do you have one to share.....
This brings me to ask other providers....
How do you know when to trust another provider?
How do you know what she tells you is on the up and up?
I have a system for things like this, I formulated a plan soon after this happened to me...and that was the last time it almost happened to me...

I guess in a case like that it is hard to tell though as she was really an sp. I was thinking if she was pretending to be an sp and really wasn't. hmmmmm The prob here is with men who see many sp's and honestly do forget your rates from the last time they had seen you. So, I can see men forgetting rates they could have even enquired with many sp's and then took the one that was available that evening to higher their chances of meeting someone when they were available in the time they have to play.

So, you were really smart to have the feeling that he was LE and ultimatly be correct in assuming so. Well in time we do get to know who the legit sp's are and the legit hobbyists so if you hear of both being together I guess you could look at both as referals towards each other, but then you would be losing out of lots of potential business because you are not just taking the word of an sp only. I agree with screening but it all depends on how deeply you are going to screen. ie... 1 refferal is it enough or do you need more than that?

Bottom line is go with your instincts I guess and do not risk your feelings because they are bound to be correct.

I have had many cops show up and all that saves me is that I will not discuss anything financial or sexual....and cops can not argue with you when you ask them to leave. I have even walked them to their car and gave a peck on the cheek as I ask them to get out of my house.

IDKWTF the "BITCH" was thinking or her motivation to mislead you . I had a similar situation a while back BEFORE i ever consented to seeing the client.. I called one of his provider refs and she first told me "yeah I know him" " he is a great guy" . I couldnt get in touch with the other ref he give so I went with the one I had spoken with and it was less than an hr later she called me back and said; "I made a mistake" " I checked my records & my assistant says I have never seen this man" . Well I was shocked that she had given me the heads up at first and then called back to say what she said .
Needless to say I did not meet him . IDK if he was or was not LE or associated with LE but I was not going to take any chances .
I try not to rely on other ladies to give a reference on someone for many reasons.
You never know who you can trust is the #1 reason #2 this is a cut throat biz .
and the other #'s I will keep to myself .
I certainly would like to know who the "bitch" not in the biz anymore is who sent that one over to you.
I think that is as sorry as one can get .
No need to do working ladies that way . Maybe the " bitch" has a jealous streak ??
Who knows but being intuitive goes a long ways!!

The only way that I have figured to trust references is if I can verify the provider. The le can't post a provider ad on the net because the ad itself is illegal, and that is certainly entrapment. So, if you can't find the reference provider's ad, it's not verifyable....

What are the consequences of us getting cought (escort seekers)?
So, this is the scenerio I have in my mind: I check escort listings on this site and I like the looks of one lady, and set-up a meeting. Then we meet in person and she asks for her payment. Ok, here is the thing: What is the possibility that as soon as I provide the payment, she says that she is a LE and I am screwed!!! Can LEs plan and utilize these kind of entrapment scenarios or is this illegal?

O.K. I guess you didn't read what Maggiemay wrote. LE can not place ads because that is entrapment. That means the LE provided you with a motive to commit a crime. One of the big things is the point of where asking questions and talking becomes when does it fit the legal deffinition of solicitation. That's when the question of money comes up.
I believe that legitimate sp's recoginize this and that is why they post to place the fee in an envelope do not discuss it and do not hand it to them. Do not discuss what the fee is for, that should have been understood before the app. You are not paying for sex you are paying for companionship and what happens between 2 consenting adults is no one's business.
LE uses females and males as decoys and once you ask a price you have commited the crime of solicitation. The penalties range from city to city. Some place your photo and name in the paper to public humulitate you and let everyone know you're a perv. BFD, I know of a cop who was arrested for sexually molesting his daughter for years. LE is a den of corruption full of people who think they're better than the rest of us.
LE can and will use any tactic they can. Lies, deception you name it.

I am a new escort and I find that to be a very valuable story. I sometimes get nervous but I hope to handle a situation like that very smoothly. I have read that the best way to deal with cops is just not talk about money, sex or services. Acting like your dumb at all times is the best. Even though I heard that you can still be arrested for intent. That is why I made sure that my website does not have too much explicit detail.

I always ask my clients to pay upfront for my time as they walk in the door. It always works, because they are not paying for sex, they are paying for my time, if sex then occurs that is between two consensual adults, and definitely not illegal.

All of this is a bunch of political garbage. Many cops know and use sp's on a regular basis. The old adage in a cop shop is the only women they date or marry are either other cops or sp's. Do you think a cop likes having to arrest his gf for what she does with him and other people? It's BS and any one who continues to vote along the same old party line BS only helps to keep the government in our lives. If you want change start voting for some one other than the idiot in office and if you don't vote don't complain. You let this shit happen.

Yeah I agree with collecting money up front. It seems to be the best way to do it. Like I said before, I normally wait about 15 to 20 minutes. That will give me time to chat and get comfortable. Grabbing for the donation right away is a little rude.
