I think the real insanity is that people who do this do it willingly. It's their choice. Me, I don't plan to die from stupidity.

I would just take this note as a warning. If someone allows unprotected sex by client's request, it's better if she announces it. For sane guys it's simply a STOP sign. Much worse if she do it by request, but with no anouncement. Then even sane guys are in danger.
