To make an apointment I will need the client's full address ( or hotel address) and a mobile number, this is so that I can text the client a confirmation message close to the time of the booking in case of any problems.

I am currently tested every 3 months, at an nhs clinic. papers are not yet available, but may be in the near future when I switch to a private clinic in London.

If client is within 25 miles of Gravesend, Kent there are no extra fees.
For longer distances please ask about mileage fees, as these vary depending on where you are located.

If I have already been with client nearly full time then no refund is applicable.
any other eventuality will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
It would depend how long I had been with the client and how far i had to travel to get there.
