People who schedule appointments and don't show up. If you call to cancel, I will give you a second chance. However if you leave me hanging and don't call, I will not give you another chance.

Case by case basis, depending on how long they scheduled for, and how long they actually stayed. Keep in mind that I had probably turned down other appointments to spend that time with you.
